UVDSA Labor Wing

The UVDSA Labor Wing is dedicated to providing support for organizers seeking to start new union campaigns or promote militant, rank-and-file practices within their existing unions. 

Our chapter has provided mentorship and support for several new unions in the Upper Valley, perhaps most notably the Graduate Organized Laborers of Dartmouth (GOLD-UE), established in 2023.

If you are interested in organizing your workplace, please reach out to us at uppervalleyworkers@gmail.com, which will put you in direct contact with the Labor Wing leadership. The Labor Wing has also been integrated with the Emergency Workplace Organizing Committee (EWOC) through the creation of a Local EWOC Group. If you fill out the support form at EWOC's website, and if you work in the Upper Valley, a mentor from our chapter will be assigned to you.
